While our reputation allows you to use some of the best Agents from our network, our system works even if you have an Agent in mind. The benefit to them is they become registered with us for potentially future transactions, assuming you are happy with their service.

The Process: The trigger is we must make the first contact with the Agent for you, and then have them contact you. Our system works whether you are buying real estate, or selling real estate. It applies to vacant properties, new construction, existing residences, second homes, vacation homes, condos, retirement homes, commercial properties, habitational housing units, or any other type of property that involves buying or selling real estate. It works for first-time buyers, first-time sellers, step-up buyers or sellers, transferees, investors, retirees or anyone that is either buying, or selling, or both.
 

The Extra Rewards: In addition to you leveraging our Agency, we refund our clients a substantial portion of the referral fee we receive from the Agents selected (that is how we are paid3;from the Agent). We also feed a child through the United Nations´ World Food Programme for one (1) year.
